As discussed previously this was always going to need a CR.
Really just the size and price that is in question.
There are a number of factors that could influence this.
The dumping of Lake Disappointment ( I am sure someone suggested that should be done recently) may decrease costs, or a small pilot plant for the new process , may mean a lot more cash needed.

Hopefully I am proven wrong , but a pilot plant this decade , a big ask for this management , so a house keeping CR at about 3.5c , perhaps 1 for 8 to 10 , to ensure management doesn't go short , most likely.
