    My guess, there will be no CR while Dr. Ruane is happy lending money to the company. If Dr. Ruane thinks the company is worth more than the current market capitalization then CR will be done at Dr. Ruane's valuation.... all guesses....last CR attempt at 5 cents which did not push through and at 8 cents which was partially underwritten by Dr. Ruane...
