- I guess that’s based on one’s perception but if they actually do go seeking further handouts for capital within this current quarter or next, I’m not too sure then how the above assertion can be considered genuine.
They speak of further work needing to still be done regarding reducing costs - where or what specifically is the predominant cost(s) that would currently need the most attention?
