To suggest the selling was a given simply because of the WHC highlighted issues and past performance is hardly a convincing case by any means and rather seems more about being deliberately selective with certain dates and prices to try to portray it as though it couldn’t possibly be insider info because “savvy market participants” were always the wiser to BCB’s financials prior to the quarterly release.
If only we were all “savvy market participants”…
