This is a comparison of WHC,CRN,SMR and BCB (Blue). I don't see the bump for all miners you refer to ("mid qtr.") and as for dates, the decline for BCB started in May well before WHC reported on 19 July regarding rail issues (30% decline from .078 to .054 ). Granted there was a decline post 19 July (20%) after WHC release but the damage/knowledge was by then out..
