This is rapidly turning into a shitshow. Shares now on sale for 38c for Christ's sake. This CR would be OK as a stop gap action to keep the lights on, if the timeline for the SC decision was following some kind of pathway that was clearly understood. I've now given up trying to understand the SC timelines because we are now well beyond even their own guidance. We are told our application is "in the pile making its way to the top", but I just can't see its that simple. It should be a straight forward yes/no decision for the SC, yet it takes 9, 10 months or more, and still ongoing. We could be in the same situation in 3 months. How is a commercial project supposed to navigate this kind of legal delay ? I need to think long and hard about whether to put any more funds into this, even at 38c.
