You are obviously oblivious to the transactions between VRX and the EPA over the last 3 years. If you search hard enough through one of the HC threads you will find copies of documents between the two that continually puts VRX in the "i know best Mr EPA", so here is my solution. Then the epa re-sends the same stuff for answers. At one point, VRX revised a revised draft - how bad is that?
I have no idea at the latest volley of correspondence between VRX and the EPA because VRX won't admit their sorry arrogant ar...s that they ballsed up.
I dare say that the EPA send through a please explain and VRX replies with dribble not answering the question properly. That has been the key reason for the multiple delays. So before you pop your cork, do some proper research. The docs (2 sets) are self explanatory.
BTW, if you look at the ESD and ERD docs, you will find that there is a bit more than nothing around Arrowsmith North. Oh and that was meant to be the easier tennement to get EPA approval for?
