"The Company is in discussions with the EPA to finalise the updated RtS. Subject to
acceptance of the RtS by the EPA, the EPA will publish the RtS on its website, following which
the EPA will prepare an assessment report on the Proposal for approval by the Western
Australian Environment Minister with recommended conditions."

So VRX is "in discussions" with the EPA.

The RtS has NOT yet been accepted by the EPA, and the minister is NOT yet writing his report.

No timeline given for these "discussions". It could go on for many months more.


VRX is already toast, it has been toast for some time.
