Many months ago I spoke with the IR guy who is contracted in e g. not part of the company. I just called the number listed and left a message and got a call back. It seemed from what he said was that the company had thought the ruling was going to come quicker than it has. I said I was unaware of any examples where an ASX company had waited on a ruling before a distribution and emailed him some examples (TTB, PSC, CE1, FAR). Never heard back but to be fair he is just contracted by company and can only pass on info.
