Phil had an opportunity to cut the BS and unfortunately fell for the rookie mistake of glossing up a pig. Comments on cash backing obviously don't include provisions for plug and abandon. But the real elephant in the room is no update on why the ATO decision is taking so long, He's just like the rest imo, thumbs down
