At the end of this process the market will only value HFR at its fully funded pre construction value of around 10%-30% of its project npv. $600M - $900M
New cornerstone investors should be buying in at 65 cents at least.
Let's hope they don't give much away for Southey. It is years away. Yang also get control of HFR. Not to be sneezed at considering China is on the nose in Canada.
I hope they don't screw us.
