Not accumulating, not selling....just yet. I agree this is the best course of action for AP. He is a one man band and makes complete sense for him the JV this out now. Ideally, you'd want to start up a small OPEX operation without giving away the farm but there's not alot that has gone his way unfortunately and markets are pretty much cooked at the microspace at the moment.
