I stand corrected on the terminology, i refer to the BAM facility as the PSG plant. See below on why. I have since called it the BAM facility and will shift this.
Since the April announcement they have talked to it now being available for the upstream component of the project were prior it was just approved for the project. In hindsight perhaps this was an assumption of mine, however what was the change for, that was the only change of wording. This was not a separate loan or any other and it is still l 100% conditional. There are still several conditions to be met before unlocking the funds.
