I'm not sure they could make such statements without there being "some offers" already on the table - otherwise it would be false & misleading, etc
But I agree, take the best bloody finance offer atm and push forwards along the path to production - more holes in the ground can wait, in-situ copper ain't going anywhere
They can pay down loans and refinance later down the track to get better terms under a larger project - simple ................................
