It is unusual to see a retail buy for any more than a million shares in one transaction line. Normally it is a cross transaction where there is a buy matching a seller for a large quantity of shares.

Every time I have bought 2 or 3 million shares in one transaction it has been shared amongst numerous sellers, at sometimes varying prices too. So it looks sort of like a sudden influx of purchases in the same minute, in tens of thousands, and hundreds of thousands that add up to the total being sought.

However there is no reason why a retail purchaser couldn’t buy 5 million shares in 1 transaction if there is 1 seller of 5 million shares. Also, $110,000 is a good buy, but certainly nothing huge at current prices.
