    They don't have the cash to get it anywhere near complete. DD was conducted on the project, and Funding withdrawn? And I'm talking a much scaled down version to that which they had initially envisaged.This will die a slow death along with more than a few of their Peers., CR9., IPT to name a couple is my personal opinion
