Yeah, beyond stupid and fun fact: those 95,000 tonnes of lead are worth USD 189M which sounds like a lot, but that's over the whole life of the mine so let's compare it with the 1,880 tonnes (60.4 M Troy ounces) of silver which is worth.....USD 1.6B at today's spot silver price. What a bunch of nufties, but it is intentional nuftiness that suits their agenda. Looking forward to the Supreme Court squashing their appeal and hoping that SVL goes hard after them for costs for both the judicial review and now this time-wasting appeal.
