I suggest you do some research, Brian was repaid an amount of debt with funds from the raise and an equal (or very similar) amount was put into the very same cap raise by him.
He essentially converted debt on the company's balance sheet into equity as a shareholder, he is no more guaranteed to get those "funds" back unless the share price appreciates and he were to sell. ie No special treatment under any adminstration wind up scenario that many others will have you beleive in inevitible !.
Also James Tyers contributed $20k into the same raise too.
So as Insider would you do the same as in take money off the table to put it straight back intot he company as an everyday shareholder ?
