Still recall from years ago how there was supposed to be reductions in governmental red tape to speed up processes. It seems management does not agree such reductions have taken place. In fact, it appears there are more hurdles now in a country of safe jurisdictions. Safe to say delays are all but guaranteed.

Seems the commissioning timeframe once fully permitted and moved may be a bit of a stretch:

The next six monthsare slated to see a flurry of construction activities, with a stretch goal of commencing projectcommissioning at the end of December.”
