I can't really comment on Tony Abbot, he didn't really get a chance before Turnbull took him out but he spoke from the heart I believe...John Howard was pm at a time when cheap money flooded the markets and everything went up...all he did was ride the wave.. if he cared about Australians he would have set laws in place to protect the lower classes but he didn't.. same goes for Labour, when they provide subsidies they are in actual fact just buying votes and creating a sub class of citizens dependent on the state...if the system was better set up, there would be no need for subsidized power or gas or home loans or whatever else...
as for liberals, they and Labour are both wings on the same bird... they give with one hand and take double with the other...
I know Pauline Hanson has been ridiculed in the past (and it's probably instigated by Labour and liberal patsies) cause she speaks from the heart, but as far as I'm concerned she is more genuine than all the others pricks put together..
there are so many things that can be done to assist the working classes who are the backbone of every country instead of loading them with taxes upon taxes and poor management of our plentiful resources.. in what world is it ok for a major gas producing country to have one of the highest gas and electricity prices in the world..? the Japanese have cheaper gas prices than us and they buy their gas from Australian producers and have to liquify, transport and re gas it when it gets there..!! it infuriates me and many others...
I believe that democracy (this is how it was supposedly during ancient times I believe) should not have 'career politicians', it should be a random draw like jury duty... it's not as if our current politicians know what their doing and if they do they are in the hip pockets of the multi nationals and the so called big end of town...
