If nobody wants to commit to partnering and Vietnam can't allocate any of the copper/nickel exploration licenses applied for or grant the dream team a rare earths concession then there are still other options such as selling the concentrator. It's not like we need it, we decided not to use it and need a larger one at Ta Khao. Sell it to the rare earth explorers, we already stated it would be suitable for that. Then we could mothball Ta Khao without having to spend much funds on care and maintenance of the plant, let the staff go and drill for uranium in Canada or something until nickel picks up again. It doesn't have to happen overnight, if Vietnam doesn't have a sense of urgency about it then should we? Strip it all bare and start up again later, if we can't organise any cashflow from it then in the short term it's just a liability.
