As a long term holder, I would not benefit from this scenario. But I am a realist , and a JV with a bigger entity with the know how to make this project happen on both a funding and implementation basis is probably the best option one could hope for. If they gave a JV partner say 49% for a cash injection that funds the plant build then I'm all ears.
Otherwise look to source funding through a combination of debt and a purchase plan to allow the long suffering a stake at the table.
Time to sell off certain non core assets as well.
