well SD i can assure you the Ausco group with help from other like minded shareholders have done everything possible to rid themselves of this pestilence even to the point of sacking them from the board . unfortunately legislation requires at least one director remains and he has the power to reappoint at his discretion , which is what he did , and we ended up with a couple of puppets so i am not sure what use the shareholders vote , nominations, remuneration strikes , and all that follows from shareholders exercising their right to vote and vote directors on and off the board carries . in this case it was blatantly ignored by everyone including the regulators . so what chance do we have. and if the regulators do not act on it, the pestilence spreads until the only way to get things done is using fire to fight fire
