IS THERE A CORPORATE BODY THAT POLICES HOW/WHY SHARES CAN BE ISSUED AND FOR (PERFORMANCE) .. As if you read the definition in the English dictionary… They don't match the meaning.

Though to be fair they did make cash disappear from the company and made more Shares APPEAR .. (ready for a raising) ..
