I feel that your reflection is prophetic ,you mention RHI which was selling at 20 cents in August 2020,now it is worth $ 5.26.
PEX is likely to follow the same trajectory. I am happy to see that Luigi is doing OK,I saw his tick recently and he only recently turned 90 so he is prepared to wait for the PEX to reach it's full potential.
