    Help me out, failing to see the bright side:

    • receives a $5.5M government grant in May '24
    • borrows $2M via multi-source loan facility at 15% interest
    • spends $1.3M on construction and commissioningcosts for HDNG Project
    • requests a stock trading halt and announces a CR two days before deadline for quarterly reports under ASX Listing Rule 5.5
    • lodges the reports on the very last day
    • quarters funded = 0.1
    • claims to have made $40K revenue in July '24
