I'm not sure what Powell is up to, but he has no intention of reducing interest rates in the foreseeable month or two, if we are lucky, we might see a 25-basis point for Christmas. One would think the Iran, Israeli conflict would add to the price of gold!
Not sure powell wants to see Trump in power. Fudging is fine with me if it keeps that ratbag out.
