Is a DFS consultant typically paid in full on completion or monthly progress payments? And do all or most DFS related costs go through the head consultant (SGS) who then engages sub-consultants?

Hopefully a decent chunk of DFS costs are already paid.

The messaging from the company seems very confident in cash position for at least Q3 (even saying some early works are funded too) - which makes me think a decent amount of DFS cost must have already been paid.

Also seems to confirm what I’ve been seeing in satellite images - looks like the 16 previous rigs on the ground are now closer to 4 or 5.
