    The loan facility is based on drawing funds for specific purpose as outlined in Tranche's A & B for $12M and $8M respectively
    I am not aware they have drawn down A yet - if they have, it must be very recent.
    Bear in mind the purpose of A is to double the plant capacity and therefore increase revenue - is that ok with you ?
