    If a fund wanted in. Would it not make more sense to just knock on the front door.

    With them blowing through $10 million in cash last quarter. Monthly production at MC down 20% in July, Saloro still losing in the millions last quarter and capex spending at both along with them being below the minimum cash at bank on June 30 to draw on the QIC loan.

    I am sure they would be happy to do another cap raise.
