    EQR didn't receive any money. They paid the equivalent of 7.5m USD in 9c AUD Shares to Cronimet to dissolve the JV. In return they got 100% control of the plant and 100% of the LGS and the Debt that the JV owed. The NPV allocated to the portion of the projected NPV that they gained was something like 30m AUD I think.
