I agree that Rob1000 does tend to cherry pick for greatest effect BUT have a look at todays market and you tell me who is closest to the mark, him or the 'rose colored glasses' investors.

THIS is the reality. Couldnt really get a more piss poor showing to be honest. People talk about not needing to worry unitl there are 'sales with volume' - but how the hell can there be with no buyers lining up. They cant get out, they are trapped. This is not a market that believes a word EQR management is saying - not a word. And so far who can blame them?! You wait, next thing we'll see Kevin walking away with a golden handshake after the Sept Qtr is blown to bits and the next guy thinks he can step up with a clean slate and start the BS all over again.
