In Africa corruption is rife, banks and officials are in it for their own private gain not for public gain. Minbos will be screwed, sure they might get funding however the cost to shareholders could be huge. Unfortunately MNB are at the mercy of the vultures there,all seeking a slice of the pie, the longer the negotiations the worst it will be for shareholders. I just wonder what they have to give to gain the alternative funding.
