This corporate presentation from a month ago if the file name date is accurate is showing a Nasdaq IPO for later this year under Phase 2. They need to get moving to do it this year - starting to look more likely in 2025 the nasdaq ipo if they want to ramp up the phase 1 plant first. But guess it could still be 2024 in the US DFC (US Govt) is pushing to get it moving quickly
