Some sensational posts here people.
It reminds of what the old GCY threads used to be like.
I think we need to remember that we can all be powerful agents for change.
Us HC crew probably hold roughly 10% of Warriedar Resources.
@hongkie it may not even take a monetisation of assets, just a visible pathway towards monetisation may be enough to really put a
rocket behind this.
@BillieDobe
Next quarter drill campaign will be far cheaper. DD per metre is roughly double RC and closer to four times AC.
1.5m to 2m exploration spend is roughly what I'd be expecting for this Q.
"How spectacular do the drill results need to be?"
I think you may be focusing on the wrong thing here.
I don't think drill results is the main SP driver here short of Spartan type bonanza hits.
What really moves the dial is a clear pathway to production or even a switch to dormant asset utilisation.
With Big Springs collecting dust, AG is under zero perceived pressure to get a toll, sale or JV signed, sealed and delivered
What do I mean clear monetisation pathway?
A multi-facetted/ multi-layered action plan to monetise several of our assets within a definable timeline. Consistent rhetoric is needed, we need to show the market that we are planning on being a near term developer. Rhetoric like "we are actively seeking tolling partners, and we are willing to cast our net wide to get a deal done whilst the gold/antimony price remains hot". "If we can't seal a deal, we will cost effectively refurb our own infrastructure and mill it ourselves".
My idea of near term is less than 24 months.
By pushing this plan AB will create competitive tension between surrounding producers.
This tension will provide leverage for any deal making that may transpire.
Most importantly developers currently trade at much higher per ounce multiples than their explorer brothers.
