Yep, yep yep, apparently it was stated on 1 August 2024 to those that logged into the Indiana Webinar that this was happening, thus the dividend range of 10c to 14 plus cents per share was stated by Bronwyn Barnes. Refer to the 10's of Hotcopper posts on 1 August 2024.
The problem is;
1. The Webinar has not been available post its live coverage to the Market.
2. Indiana after an ASX warning letter issued a Statement to the Market that confimed nothing of a Material Nature was discussed during the Webinar, which is total rubbish.
Issue is Bronwyn Barnes purchased Indiana Shares the day before the Webinar and during her speaking and the 1 hr to close over 12 million shares traded and the price went from 8.2c to 8.9c.
This is a real corporate governance issue and the Indiana Board IMO will need to address very shortly.
