Carnavale’s plan is to truck that ore to a nearby processing plant, and as Forwood points out there are plenty of options, with Genesis Minerals’ (ASX:GMD) Gwalia and Mount Morgans plants the obvious options.“There’s three or four hungry mills in that area and Carnavale have drilled these high grade hits, three to six metres at plus 50 grams a tonne,” Forwood said.“And it looks like it’s developing into a shoot that potentially has a couple of hundred thousands ounces of super high grade in it.”If it hits a grade of over 10g/t like Musgrave’s Break of Day or Spectrum Metals’ Penny discovery, both now in the hands of Ramelius, Forwood says the potential ore can go pretty much anywhere in WA.“We saw with Penny West and Spectrum, another takeover by Ramelius, they got taken over for something like $500 bucks an ounce of resource because they had high grade, around 300,000 ounces at 13 or 15 grams,” he said.
This is a great article and the one I have referred to on numerous occasions. HH referred to it also in Bussleton presentation during the week. 500 bucks an ounce when price was less than 3000Aud at the time!
1200aud on top of that 3000aud at the moment. Could we estimate a 650 to 700 bucks an ounce offer?
40million aud approx for just the swiftsure hot spot of 53k ounces at 31g/t would be totally reasonable!!!
If we add a small addition of another 30k ounces at 31g/t and should do this easy thats 83k ounces at 31g/t would be 58 million potentially.
I have said and also other Sholders that what we have already is a minimum 50 milllion value for buyout. After next drilling and confirmation of extension to hotspot would it be plausible to value our gold in ground at 60million buyout?
I believe so and with confidence could estimate our SP above 0.015.
