Actually it’s the lack of ownership, I can handle mistakes, not once have they owned anything.
I followed up with ASIC today, apparently I need to wait 3 business days for them to confirm they received the complaint.I asked the girl if she could confirm it was received and she said no I can’t do it from the call center lol, the complaint selection I might add lol
If this is the process of the people who do the investigation, it my help us all understand why these companies carry on in a manner that only serves their own personal interest.
