    interesting wording, FINAL EQUITY RAISING.

    Please correct me if im wrong but the only way for Posco to invest the full $30mil, is for another investor to chip in $120mil.

    The words final says to me there a deal is almost done and we wont be needing a top up by shareholders or anyone else.

    wonder if the election in Tanzania is the hold up atm.
