He's been with ENV for over 12 years why are you pretending he makes any difference now? He was involved BEFORE Brazil...
From what I can tell he has no experience with rare earths, outside of Enova (if you can count that considering nothing has happened for over 12 years).
You're leaning on this guy to pump this stock, pointing to some amorphous "connections" for what? Technical advice? Capital? There's no indication this type of deposit has anything to do with his experience - not even ENV's previous projects which are completely different minerals.
