The funding from a Bank / Commercial Facility is clearly dependent on the outcome and final approval from the SA Government putting in their money in.

So what you have complained about is the South African Government taking longer then expected to approve their funds which has delayed the commercial.
It is written in black and white.

You have somehow turned that into its West Witts fault they cannot walk into the SA Government building and get it stamped straight away.

Usually your posts are rather insightful and educated, this last post / "venting session" you did over something that is very basic to understand is out of character for yourself.

SA Gov approves, commercial will progress
    Commercial depends on SA Government
SA Government taking ages, not WWI's fault.

If you have ran a business in Australia they say R and D Grants for the 43.5% tax offset are processed quickly inside a timeframe and often blowout to 4x longer then that.
I assume every government that offers grants or funding is slower then they say, that doesn't form a basis to tear shreds off the company applying for the grant on behalf of a slow moving government throwing in a couple million...

    Anyway we move on
