    WSR has a very healthy cash balance and already has a free carried interest of 25% (with RMS) in a potential high grade gold find that extends over 5,000 meters, and is open along strike for up to another 5,000 meters. Getting set to drill two projects and seeking a significant new project. Senior management have good track records with other mining groups. You get all of the EV in WSR for $1.0M.
