i think this announcement shows the methodical process that Bahay and the Team go through in delivering on their strategy.
They are not happy to be beholden to the internal capital approval processes of a global energy giant, in parallel he has spent a lot of time negotiating and signing up MOU's with the alternative plan that has players that have the financial capacity, the sites, need the end products for their processes (industrial clients) and they get them local instead of importing them from China and elsewhere.
They also get all of this using BAT, local circular processes that everyone loves and will invest in and support.
I love his work and am deeply impressed by the way he is doing in.
Will continue to be here while he continues to execute on that strategy.
