    Sometimes its the hardest nuts to crack produce the sweetest rewards? something like that ,,, hey KRM seem to own a significant lump of Real Estate so if they do crack it ,, its big scale...

    IMHO its the low profile in Australasia that reduces the awareness and that translates into poor participation by potential investors NZT
