Plan B - Share buy back wont be able to occur as it will increase the largest shareholder (Molton Holdings Limited - 48.09%) into being a majority holder. Not sure we want to hand the ability to pass ordinary resolutions unilaterally to Molton though they are already in effective control.
Plan C - this isnt tax efficient shareholders can sell on market today if they have need for the money.
Lets see what the company says on the matter ... expecting crickets on the ATO and any potential Plan B to be honest.
