Tenindewa is WAPC time + Enviro Minister time + 90 days
The EPA is OAC time + Planning minister time (as advised by Jayden2000 weeks ago, well done).
I would guess EPA is done by year end (another 40 days). Tenindewa maybe Easter next year. Nothing stopping us from designing and getting quotes to construct both so that when approval arrives they can get funding and contracts signed quickly. The company advised me of a 12-18 month start to construction in an email a few weeks ago which I shared on HC.
