at 30 Sept the Company had $500k in bank which covered 3.2 quarters of anticipated forward expenses. One quarter already past, so the next quarterly report due by 31 January and accounting for the legal fees expected with the preparation and lodgement of the Ghana legal filings, they will have to show they have less than 2 quarters funding left. That’s ok, share placement approved at AGM - but placement will be at a discount to the average calculations of SP. So it’s better to have the current SP trending higher before the placement - do you concur?
