    End of quarter today and the cost to file the Ghana claim should all be captured to date. The filing fees alone for a A$500m claim would be enormous. Can’t wait to see the figures when released in January. There must be reasons why the board have been unsuccessful in attracting a third party litigation funder and legal cost insurance? The board should disclose to the market about the rejection reasons they have received.
