    Mate, a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. This is international court so totally different. There are no filing fees - there are Tribunal costs which are totally different. Let’s actually wait and see what the quarterly will show. You assume that the board has been unsuccessful in getting funding but again let’s wait and see. On legal costs insurance that would be entirely premature as long as Ghana is self represented.
