But then you're back to spreading disinformation - the case will not be heard in Ghana, its seated in Accra but can be heard anywhere the parties agree. UNCITRAL rules don't apply - so what? The company has already announced that the Ghana ADR Act governs the Arbitration and that it is largely based on UNCITRAL Model Law - the ADR Act places strict limits on what the Ghanaian courts can do. For example Ghana obtained an injunction in the High Court of Accra to stop the Arbitration and the tribunal was able to override that decision and rule that it has the sole jurisdiction to hear the matter. No matter how the Ghanaians tried to characterise this it was a big win for Cassius.

Get your facts straight next time - you reproduce Ghanaian government propaganda without question as true, as if you are a naïve teenager, but cast doubt on solid true facts the company announces. Your agenda and motives are clear.
